2.2 The main tenant must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all fellow guests complying with these terms and conditions.

2.3 The landlord reserves the right to refuse a reservation without giving reasons (insofar as permitted by law).

4.3 If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the landlord may terminate the agreement immediately without refund and/or charge additional costs.

5) Rental price and additional costs

5.1 The rental price covers the use of the property and the facilities present, unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.

6.2 In the event of late payment, the landlord may cancel the reservation. In that case, cancellation costs remain due in accordance with article 14.

6.3 Any bank charges (e.g. for international transfers) are borne by the tenant.

7) Security deposit (damage deposit) – € 350

7.1 The tenant pays a security deposit of € 350 no later than on arrival, either in cash at the key handover, or by bank transfer so that the amount is in the account no later than the time of arrival: Maison Campagnard / Levaux Bouw · IBAN: BE04 7360 2886 3931.

7.2 The security deposit is refunded within a reasonable period after departure (within 7–14 days at the latest) and after inspection of the property and inventory.

7.3 The landlord may withhold or offset (part of) the security deposit for: damage, breakage, missing items, excessive soiling, extra cleaning, breach of the house rules, or other costs attributable to the tenant.

7.4 If the costs exceed the security deposit, the tenant remains liable for the difference.

8) Use of the property

8.1 The tenant shall use the property as a prudent and reasonable person.
